The luxury garage brand that landed in Oakley last year is adding a second Greater Cincinnati location. Torque Motor Suites, developed by Neyer Properties, opens a facility on Wednesday, July 29, at 4310 Glendale Milford Road in Blue Ash, with 30 private suites starting at $399,900.

The Blue Ash opening follows the Oakley location at 4477 34th Ave within the Three Oaks development. As of Monday, July 21, the Neyer Properties website listed 13 of the 30 Oakley units as still available for sale.

Torque suites aren't traditional storage units. Each Blue Ash suite ranges from 1,200 to 1,600 square feet, with up to 400 additional square feet on a mezzanine level, 18-foot minimum ceilings, climate controls, insulated walls, LED lighting, and a bathroom. Select units include showers. Buyers can install car lifts to stack multiple vehicles, or convert the space into a fitness area, watch-party venue, or private office.

Chris Dobrozsi, executive vice president of development at Neyer Properties, described the concept in a September 2025 interview with the Cincinnati Enquirer as "a home away from home office," comparing the community dynamic to a marina where car enthusiasts gather to share their passions.

The two locations have distinct personalities. The Oakley facility was designed with a "historic warehouse" atmosphere to complement Three Oaks, where single-family homes sell for $900,000 to $1.65 million, according to the Enquirer. The Blue Ash site takes a "futuristic, modern-looking, car-centric" approach, with MT Studio handling the design compared to Sabo Design Associates in Oakley.

The Oakley project received unanimous approval from the Oakley Community Council, Cincinnati Planning Commission, and Cincinnati City Council before breaking ground. Troy Andrews, an Oakley Community Council trustee, said the project "brings distinctive offerings to Oakley and showcases successful collaboration between private developers and the local community council."

Neyer Properties, headquartered on Dana Avenue in Evanston, broke ground on the Blue Ash site in November 2024. The full Blue Ash property spans 5.77 acres and could eventually hold up to 80 units beyond the initial 30, according to the Enquirer's September 2025 reporting. The brand also announced in a Neyer Properties press release a partnership with Hélio Castroneves, the four-time Indy 500 champion, who will own a unit at a Torque location in Fishers, Indiana.

The Blue Ash facility opens Wednesday, July 29. No public ribbon-cutting or open-house details have been announced.
